Development and service of drilling fluid

The well is being drilled using pitless technology. Multistage flushing fluid treatment system further includes a coagulation-flocculation (BCF) and four horizontal centrifuges. This approach provided a regeneration process water from the waste drilling fluid volume and reduced several times the amount removed for waste disposal. The recovered water is reused for the preparation of new volume of flushing system.

The interval of 302-2197 m was drilled with the utilization of polymer drilling mud with low level of solid phase. The interval was drilled without accidents and complications Casing running and cementation were successful. Now we are preparing to swap to the polymer-inhibited drilling mud PIBR-2M, which will be used for drilling the next interval.
