Development and service of drilling fluid


The well is inclined with an S-shaped profile. The angle set interval begins in the Jurassic deposit zone at a depth of 1000 m. To prevent loss of stability of the well walls during drilling of this interval, it is planned to use NDDM ("non-dispersing drilling mud"). 
When the technical column Ø245 mm would be set, the solution in the well will be replaced by hydrocarbon flushing fluid IER Witer II. We expect that the utilization of IER Witer II will achieve high stability of the well and will provide high quality of the primary opening productive formations .

Bottomhole temperature (5477 m) – 131 оС.

Drilling fluid density within the interval of 310-2833 m – 1120-1160 kg/m3;
Drilling fluid density within the interval of 2833-5212 m – 1190-1210 kg/m3;
Drilling fluid density within the interval of 5212-5549 m – 1220 kg/m3.
