It is the secondary usage of temporary Starch-Salt Gel (SSG) fluid-loss pill on this well.
Three years ago, the well killing with water was followed by catastrophic fluid loss. The problem was solved by placing of a SSG fluid-loss pill on the bottom of the well. Workover operation was finished and emergency production tubing was replaced. The well production rate was restored after the finish the workover.
Now there is a problem with the suspension of production tubing, but this time the previous mistake hasn’t been made. Preparation of the fluid-loss pill was carried out directly on the well with the usage of a mobile mixing unit. This mixing unit was imported from our production maintenance base.
