Heavy brine with density 1500 kg/m3 was prepared at customer request. It will be used as a killing fluid during workover operation on the well of underground gas storage facility (UGSF). Recipe of multicomponent salt composition was developed for specific well conditions. It will ensure a fast and failure-free implementation of the works.
Brine preparation was performed on the production support base of our company. Ready to use brine was delivered to the well by our trucks.
BRINE PARAMETERS:
- density - 1500 kg/m3;
- funnel viscosity - 30-35 s;
- рH - 6,8-7,2;
- crystallization temperature below -25 оС.
