Two sections of casing will be running .
First section was run in the interval 3797-5487 m. Drilling of the interval was conducted with the utilization of clay less drilling mud Biocar-МТ.
Per a project, running of production casing had to be drilled with use of Biocar-MT drilling fluid (dens. 1160 kg/m3). After beginning of interval drilling, fluid kick occurred. To prevent furtherer aftermath density were increased to 1490 kg/m3.
On axial sanction of the well, low-pressure layers were observed. To prevent loss of returns of drilling fluid decision to make extra treatment of drilling mud with organic bridging agents and special reagent Alevron® were made. It allowed go through intervals with possible complicacies, fast and avoiding any troubles. This became an extra proof of use composite bridging agent’s effectiveness.
Preparatory works before descent and cementing of the second section of flow string are held right now. After cementing is done, the disclosure of the lower productive horizons will be performed with use of invert emulsion Witer-II.
All the volume of emulsion with the purpose of drilling will be given to the customer on rent base.

- Funnel viscosity – 75 s;
- Gel – 53/67 dPа;
- PV – 42 mPa*s;
- YP – 244 dPа;
- Filtration (Water loss) – 3 сm3/30 min;
- Cake friction coefficient (CFC) – 0,13;
- рН – 8,7.
