Organo-mineral colmatant for clayless drilling mud «BIOСAR®» provides full isolation of permeable layers and eliminates the need for selection of fractional composition of colmatant.

- Physical appearence: Beige-coloured loose powder;
- Solubility in water: Рractically insoluble;
- Sieve analysis: Residual on sieve 007 not more than 20%;
- Bulk density without shaking: 550-700 kg/m3;
- рН 40%-aqueous solution: 6-8;
APPLICATIONS METHOD AND SCOPE
- Alevron® is an auxiliaru filling agent, which provides an impermeable colmatation layer on the surface of production horizons.
- Colmatant particles size - in the range 20 to 200 microns.
- The colmatant Alevron® is used to create colmatation layer in conbination with carbonate fillers, such as: KN-50, MK-30, MK-60, Barocarb, dolomite powder.
- Colmatant can be used to elimimate fluid losses.
- Alevron® is recommended to use in special fluids for perforation, well-killing and conservation, and also to isolate core sample from external influences at the coring operations.
- The Alevron® concentration range is from 0,1 to 0,3%.
- Colmatant is added to the mud system by two ways. The first way is added directly into mud with jet cutter-pulverizer, the second way is addition of 20-40% suspension through mud mixing systen.

PACKAGING AND І STORING
Colmatant Alevron® is dilevered in dry form. Alevron® is packed in multilayered paper bags 25 kg each. Colmatant should be stored in dry places.
