  • Reagent RPS® is inhibited polymer component washing systems based reagent AbramiX. RPS® is used to reduce the viscosity, and structural and mechanical properties of the drilling fluids.
  • The principle of operation is based on RPS® surface modification of clay minerals and their transfer to an inactive polyvalent form. The highest efficiency is manifested in the reagent systems with high solids, thickened by the application of high molecular weight polymeric reagents.
  • The effect of wash dilution system is achieved by entering a small amount of RPS®. Typically, to achieve the desired result, you need to 0.1-0.2% of the reagent. Reserve reagent concentration does not exceed 0.5%. On the fluid loss of drilling fluids RPS® has no effect.
  • RPS® injected into the drilling fluid in the form of a dry cycle circulation directly or through the mixing chute funnel. Can enter into the reactant solution in an aqueous suspension with a concentration of 20%.
  • Efficiency of reagent RPS® increased by combining it with lignin-alkaline reagent or lignosulphonates. The amount of lignin-alkaline reagent thus is within 0.3-0.5%. Lignin-alkaline reagentmay be administered in dry form or as a solution.


  • The use of the reagent RPS® allows you to store acceptable rheology of polymer drilling fluid in conditions of insufficient cleaning of the cuttings.
  • RPS® comes to drilling and injected into the mud in a dry form. This facilitates transportation and storage, it does not increase the volume of washing liquid and reduce its density.
  • RPS® efficiency is not dependent on the downhole temperature. Temperature affects only the speed of the impact of flushing agent.

RPS® reagent delivered to the consumer in dry form. Reagent packaged in kraft paper bags of 40 kg or polypropylene bags of 50 kg. RPS® Reagent should be stored in a dry place.
