This BIOCAR-MT® retains all the advantages of a clay-free biopolymer drilling fluids and provides a recovery rate of reservoir permeability, which significantly exceeds the corresponding figures for the traditional weighted solutions.

  • The effectiveness of the system BIOCAR-MT® as a clay-free drilling fluid is reduced when it is contaminated mud cuttings.
  • Therefore recommended to use purification step 3-4 mud recovery system comprising a weighting agent.
  • Thermal stability of BIOCAR-MT® is at 140°C.
  • Increasing the pH of the solution more than 11 causes destruction of biopolymers. The solution is not recommended for use in cement razburke large glasses.
  • The density of the solution is in the range 1200-1600 kg / m3.
